My Review: Black Dawn: During the Summer of Steven Seagal, week seven brings us to his 2005 film Black Dawn. He has to stop terrorists who have no trouble getting a nuclear device, and rogue agents who want to give them the nuke for some reason. Seagal is a little well-known in this movie because he wasn't involved in a lot of the shoot. All right, let's see. How bad is it?
